There seems to be an error in the 2nd update of the "Catalogo tematico delle musiche di Niccolò Paganini" regarding the key of this sonata. The score excerpt on page 28 of the catalogue shows one flat sign '♭' in both movements of the sonata, i.e. it is either F major or D minor. The text on the page 30 of the catalogue is "Sonata n. 3 (Do maggiore): Lento e con grazia, Andantino brillante." The key "Do maggiore" is C major, contradicting the score.

Considering the score excerpt to be the primary source, and taking into account that the work is definitely in a major key, I conclude that there is an error in the catalogue text, and it shall read "Fa maggiore", i.e. F major.
