- plain white labels (disc 1) and orange Flashback Records label (disc 2)
The deadwax on both records has side 1,2,3,4 respectively all followed by the letters GWHBS.

Recorded @ The Bottom Line, NYC on August 15, 1975 (early show broadcast on WNEW-FM RADIO)

Side B includes a different track "Circus Song" which was recorded at the Ahmanson Theatre, Los Angeles on 1st May 1973.
