Both release dates for BMCD666-15 correspond to the same disc: as is usual for Black Mark, the disc has both US and EU-style barcodes.

Warning: At least on some releases (perhaps all of them) the order of songs on the cover is mistaken: track 4 was swapped with 5 and track 8 was swapped with 10. Don't trust any existing tags nor even PUIDs (the error existed on MusicBrainz, too, for a while). If you are unsure how to tag your files, either listen to the lyrics or compare the tracks' lengths: Bleeding should be 3:55, Pestilence is 6:51, Krom is 2:51 and Kill Kill Kill should be 3:10 (plus or minus a couple of seconds, perhaps).
