In 1999 Grand Royal and Capitol Records released the Beastie Boys Anthology "Sounds of Science".

At the same time, Grand Royal/Capitol Records let buyers make their own 2CD Beastie Boys CD compilation where customers could pick their own choices and they would be put on a CD. The title of the CD could also be customised.
