The Ultra Rare Trax

~ Release by Guns N’ Roses (see all versions of this release, 2 available)

Annotation

The release falsely states “All tracks from various broadcast recordings, 1987 – 1996”. Much of the release is comprised of studio tracks, leaked demos, fake songs, unbroadcast audience recordings and tracks that originate after 1996.

Track 6 is fake. The release incorrectly gives the artist as “Axl Rose With Meatloaf”. It is taken from “The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber.” The correct artist has been used in the tracklist above.
Track 8 is not Guns N’ Roses, and is instead taken from a tribute album. The correct artist has been used in the tracklist above.
Track 12 incorrectly implies that Axl and Slash are The Outpatience, but that is in fact West Arkeen’s band. The song is taken from The Outpatience – Anxious Disease and features Axl and Slash on the track ‘Anxious Disease’.
Track 16 is fake. It is a recording of a Van Halen cover band. The release incorrectly states that it is featuring Van Halen.
Track 18 is a fake track commonly labelled as being performed by Axl Rose. The release gives the artist as “Axl As Bing Crosby”, but it is actually an unconfirmed impersonator.
Tracks 3, 4, 10, 11, 13 and 17 are listed as “First Live Recordings”. This is incorrect when applied to track 11 as it is the studio version, and track 17 as it is a pre‐1990 demo.

Track 13 is a live recording “Made In Las Vegas”.
