Annotation

During 2013-2016 Loudr was a music store and a music distribution platform. It offered cover song licensing and distribution to various online services: their own store, itunes, spotify, amazon, google play and deezer. In 2016 they transitioned their distribution to a new platform called Soundrop; link to blog post.

After late 2016 Loudr has focused on music licensing.

"New releases will no longer be added to the Loudr Store as of December 5, 2016, and track preview streaming will be disabled on December 31, 2016. Users will no longer be able to purchase music on any Loudr-hosted album pages on or after January 31, 2017."
