The Masters Record Label (budget, US)

This is somehow related to Dutch budget label Masters - largely identical barcode pattern, additional (!) similar if not identical logo/imprint. It feels like the complete name only appears on US releases, but along with a US address that I can't quite link with the (main?) Dutch company.
